It's that time of year again...FINALLY! We went swimming for the first time yesterday, yes it is June 16th. We have had the craziest summer it has been so cold, even for me and I am pregnant! But now that the weather is warmer Lincoln and I can get into our favorite routine of wakening up watching cartoons and heading off to the pool for the day! I haven't taken any recent pictures of us at the pool, cuz we've only been once but here are some from last year, just to keep the post interesting!

Happy Birthday Lincoln
My little baby is 2! I can't believe it! I think it is so nerdy when parents say "they grow up so fast" but it's true! I am blown away by how fast time has gone by.
First off Lincoln slept over at my moms house, so I woke up early and went and got him balloons. He had his favorite breakfast, Popeye Pancakes (German pancakes to the rest of the world), he got to open his first present from my parents cute little cowboy boots. Then we ran down to Costco to get his cake and ice cream for his party later that night. We met everyone at the park and had lunch while the little boys played on the playground. We went and fed Randy's dog Jake-he lives with Grandma Loye. Then Randy came home early and him and Lincoln spent the next 4 hours playing with one of Lincoln's new toys! Originally we were going to have his party at the pool but it is just to stinking clod outside, so we went to another park that we love and had cake and ice cream there with a lot of Lincolns cousins. When it was all said and done I think it was a great day and I think Lincoln had a blast being spoiled all day long!
These are some of the many things about Lincoln and 2-
1. He is OBSESSED with horses! He was on his way to my mom and dad's house and they saw a truck that had grass in the back and he points to it and says "food, neigh"!
2. He knows what every animal says.
3. He sleeps in his own queen size bed, and does very well!
4. He loves to play with his cousins, especially T and Cloter.
5. He can tell you how old he is.
6. He LOVES movies!
7. He Loves my parents, he could care less about my or Randy when he is at there house.
8. He is a lot like his dad, things don't bug him.
9. He reads books! Well not the words but you know what I mean.
10. He loves his mommy and daddy!
11. He is going to be the best big brother to his little sister!

It's all about MOLLY!!

So it's that time of year..GRADUATION!!! Our sweet little pookey bear is graduating! HOORAY!! We are all so proud of her and all that she has done! Look how smrt-homer-she is, she is graduating with silver cords meaning she has a GPA of 3.6-3.79, she has finished her Medical Assisting program at MATC-she gets to walk there also. She is a Seminary graduate. She has never had a speeding ticket although she has had an accident, Don't worry folks she wasn't even in the car! I am sorry to report that she has never been kissed. If you know of someone to fix this let us know...ASAP! But the best part of all is that she gets to go to BYUI in January. We are all going to miss her like crazy but we are so excited for all the fun she is going to have.
So now we need your help out there in blog land. Remember when you were getting ready to leave the nest, what things did you take with you and what things do you wish you would have taken? Or maybe there is one thing that you could not have lived with out? Tell us what these are and if you have any advice or suggestions for little Molly.

Fun on the Farm
So it wasn't really a farm, but it seems like lately that is all that we have been doing. We went to the petting zoo last Saturday and then again on Monday, On Tuesday we spent the day at Randy's Grandma's house which is an old cow farm. Then yesterday we took Lincoln to his Grandpa Burr's house and rode the horse with a saddle then hookedthe horse up to the buggy and went on a few buggy rides. It makes since that Lincolns favorite animal is a horse, there are 6 that live just outside his window and every morning it's the first thing he wants to see and the last thing when we put him down for bed. When we get in the car the first thing he says is "mo mo neigh, mo mo neigh", so I tell him to look out the window and he will see more horses (a bonus of living where we do). He is watching 101 Dalmatians right now and I just heard him say "neigh neigh" because of the horse, I tell you obsessed! It is a good thing that Randy's dad has Nellie, she's the horse, so that Lincoln can get his fix of horses.

Look at his face! How excited is he to be on that horse! These pictures all came from my grandpa, because he is awesome and brings his camera everywhere so , thanks grandpa!
